Volunteers Needed to Serve Refugee Youth
- Instructors and tutors for English as a Second Language (ESL) and computer literacy
- Event volunteer
- Office assistant: data entry
- Housing Counselor assistant: follow up with clients by telephone
- Employment Counselor assistant: follow up with clients by telephone
Immigration and Resettlement Services
- Office/administration assistance: filing and data entry
- Interpreters (Chinese, Arabic, Farsi, Karen, Chin, Burmese)
- Volunteer (pro bono) attorney
- Tutors for immigrant and refugee children
- Apartment set-up for new refugees: available during weekday mornings and
able to perform minor physical labor (ex: assemble bed frames)

Indirect Service Activities
Indirect Service Activities involve little or no direct contact with our clients, but provide support for people in need. These opportunities are appropriate for groups of all ages but are especially ideal for groups of 16 years of age or younger.
