After School Tutoring and Summer Camp

After School Tutoring

The program serves students between the ages of 5 and 11 who are referred by their school teachers or parents. The purpose of the program is to improve the academic performance of the students. The program provides a safe and fun learning environment and focuses on developmental skills critical for success. Our services include; homework assistance, tutoring and enrichment activities.

Summer Camp

The program serves students between the ages of 5 and 11 who are directly referred by the schools and the community center where the programs are held. The summer program focuses on family literacy, arts and crafts, show and tell, and includes educational trips. The intention is to use simple and fun activities to help families learn the myriad of ways to make education important and see how it is accessible to them. It stresses that parents become more engaged and involved in their child’s education.
