Housing Counseling
Certified housing counselors are available to provide expertise to people in need of services relating to:
- Homeownership. Pre-purchase and post-purchase education.
- Foreclosure intervention. One-on-one counseling services for homeowners who are in default or at risk of foreclosure.
- Rental counseling. One-on-one counseling services for tenants that are experiencing challenges with their landlords/property management agencies.
