  • Serve as the highly respected leader for services to Immigrants & Refugees in the region.
  • Develop Intergenerational Community Centers that affirm elderly, children and family connections and respond to parish needs.
  • Foster a powerful and visible community presence, known as the Agency that “gets things done” for those we serve.
  • Become a learning organization with collective accountability to excellence.
  • Construct the optimal relationship between the Archdiocese and Catholic Charities, resulting in internal systems that enable the Agency to function prudently, capably and efficiently.
