Program Director
Family Stabilization Program

Catholic Charities Atlanta is seeking an experienced leader with a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or another related human services field. Candidate must have at least 3-5 years direct experience managing staff as well as government and private grants. Experience with services such as Housing Counseling, Financial Literacy and/or Adult Education a plus. Candidates who are bilingual (English/Spanish) are encouraged to apply. Staff Attorney-Immigration Legal Services 

Catholic Charities Atlanta is seeking an attorney to work full time in our immigration legal services program.   The candidate must have a law degree from an accredited law school and must be licensed to practice law in the highest court of Georgia.   If licensed in another state, must be immediately available to obtain licensure in the Supreme Court of Georgia. Even though immigration practice does not require licensure in a particular State, this position requires appearance in juvenile courts of the State of Georgia. The candidate must be bilingual in English & Spanish.

This position requires a highly motivated and organized individual that needs minimal supervision.  This position requires a percentage of time to be spent on the Legal Orientation Program for Custodians, Legal Orientation Programs, general immigration benefits, removal defense, and representing clients for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status. Candidate must be able to work with funders and comply with all required grant and contract requirements. Candidate must be able to work with clients who are at or below poverty level.
