Catholic Charities Atlanta Agency Board of Directors
Members of the Board of Directors serve the agency’s clients with the following responsibilities:
- Establish and periodically clarify and modify the mission of Catholic Charities Atlanta (CCA)
- Ensure effective organizational planning and contribute to the strategic vision for the agency
- Determine agency programs and services to support the mission and monitor the quality of services.
- Oversee effective management of assets and resources so the agency can carry on its programs
- Enhance the agency’s public standing by representing and promoting CCA in the community
- Participate in raising the funds necessary to carry out the mission of CCA; contribute to CCA commensurate with personal resources
- Advocate for the well being of vulnerable individuals and families in Georgia, especially the poor and marginalized
- Support the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer and contribute to evaluating his/her performance
